The family of Ruth Chier Rosen announces with great sorrow her passing on November 28, 2021 in NYC. She was born in Milwaukee, WI. on June 13, 1925. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Smith College Scholarship Fund. There will be a private memorial celebration of her life.
